Superintendent's Message
Dear Ranger Families, Staff, and Community,
Welcome to a new school year, and thank you for visiting the official website of Reading Community Schools. Whether you are a returning family or new to our district, we are proud to serve you and your students. It is my honor to lead a district where education, innovation, equity, and community are the foundation of everything we do.
Our district is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for every student. We believe that strong relationships—between students, educators, families, and the wider community—are key to student success. We value open communication, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to helping every student reach their full potential.
As superintendent, I am continually inspired by the dedication of our teachers and staff, the curiosity and resilience of our students, and the support of our families and community partners. Together, we are building a future where all students are equipped not only with academic knowledge, but also with the skills and confidence they need to thrive in a changing world.
This website is designed to be a central hub of information, resources, and updates for our community. I encourage you to explore it regularly for news, calendars, important announcements, and tools to stay connected to your child’s school and learning journey. Thank you for being an essential part of our school community. I look forward to a year of growth, collaboration, and continued excellence across the district.
With appreciation,
Martin DuBois
